The SWORD COLLECTION website sells the following products: replica katanas and sabers.
The customer declares that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to placing an order. Validation of the order therefore constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 1 – Principles
These General Terms and Conditions express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. In this sense, the buyer is deemed to accept them without reservation upon validating their order.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, particularly those applicable to in-store sales or other distribution and marketing channels.
They are accessible on the SWORD COLLECTION website and shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version or contradictory document, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the seller.
The seller and the buyer agree that these General Terms and Conditions exclusively govern their relationship. The seller reserves the right to modify them at any time. However, the applicable conditions are those in force on the date the order is placed by the buyer.
Article 2 – Scope
These General Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of goods offered by the seller to the buyer via the SWORD COLLECTION website.
These conditions only apply to purchases made on the SWORD COLLECTION website and delivered in mainland France, Corsica, and European Union countries. For deliveries outside these areas, a prior request must be sent to: contact.swordcollection@gmail.com.
These purchases concern the following products: replica weapons (katanas, sabers, swords, hammers, shields, etc.) inspired by films, series, anime, and video games.
Article 3 – Pre-contractual Information
The buyer acknowledges having received, prior to placing their order and concluding the contract, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and all the information listed in Article L.221-5 of the French Consumer Code in a clear and understandable manner.
The following information is provided to the buyer in a clear and understandable way:

Article 4 – Orders
The buyer may place an order online via the catalog and order form, subject to product availability.
The buyer will be informed of any product unavailability.
To validate the order, the buyer must accept these terms by clicking in the designated area, choose the delivery address and method, and validate the payment method. Order validation implies an obligation to pay.
The sale is considered final:

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions. Disputes will be handled under the exchange and guarantee conditions outlined below.
In certain cases (e.g., payment issues, incorrect address), the seller reserves the right to block the order until the issue is resolved.

Article 5 – Electronic Signature
Providing bank card details and validating the order constitutes:

Proof of acceptance of the order;

Signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out.

Article 6 – Order Confirmation
The seller provides the buyer with an order confirmation by email.
Article 7 – Proof of Transaction
Computerized records stored in the seller’s systems under reasonable security conditions shall be considered proof of communications, orders, and payments. Orders and invoices are archived on reliable and durable media.
Article 8 – Product Information
Products governed by these terms are those listed on the seller’s website and indicated as sold and shipped by the seller, subject to availability.
Descriptions are as accurate as possible; however, errors or omissions may occur and do not engage the seller’s liability.
Product photos are non-contractual.
Article 9 – Prices
The seller may change prices at any time but undertakes to apply those in force at the time of order.
Prices are in euros and exclude delivery costs, which are indicated before order validation. VAT applicable on the order date is included. Any VAT rate change will automatically be reflected in product prices.
Any new or modified taxes may also be reflected in prices.
Article 10 – Payment Methods
Orders imply payment.
The buyer may use any payment method offered on the website and guarantees they are authorized to use it.
The seller may suspend orders in case of payment refusal or non-payment and refuse orders from customers with previous disputes.

Article 11 – Product Availability, Refund, Cancellation
Shipping times depend on stock availability and start from the order confirmation date.
For France and Corsica: delivery within 3–7 business days via Colissimo (maximum 30 days).
For other countries: delivery conditions are specified case by case.
If delivery deadlines are not met, the buyer must request fulfillment before canceling the contract. If not fulfilled, the contract may be terminated and refunded within 14 days.
If a product is unavailable, the buyer may request a refund or exchange.
Article 12 – Delivery Terms
Delivery means transfer of physical possession or control.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the buyer. Incorrect addresses resulting in returns will incur reshipping costs.
If absent, the buyer receives a delivery notice.
Damaged packages must be refused and noted on the delivery slip. Any issue must be reported within 3 business days.
Returns must be requested within 14 days and products must be in original condition.
Article 13 – Delivery Errors
Claims for incorrect or non-compliant deliveries must be made within 1 business day.

Return costs are covered by the seller in case of error.
Article 14 – Legal Guarantees
The seller guarantees product conformity under Articles L.217-3 and following of the Consumer Code.
Buyers have 2 years to act and may choose repair or replacement.
Hidden defect warranty applies under Articles 1641 of the Civil Code.
A commercial warranty also applies, excluding misuse.
Article 15 – Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has 14 days from delivery to return items without penalty (return costs borne by the buyer).
Products must be returned complete and in original condition.
Refund includes product price and initial delivery costs.
Refund or exchange occurs within 14 days after receipt of returned goods.
Exceptions apply (custom goods, perishable items, etc.).
Article 16 – Force Majeure
Events beyond control preventing contract execution suspend obligations.
If lasting over 3 months, the contract may be terminated.
Article 17 – Intellectual Property
Website content remains the seller’s property. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
Article 18 – Data Protection
Personal data is necessary for order processing and invoicing.
Data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
The buyer has rights of access, rectification, and opposition.
Article 19 – Partial Invalidity
If any clause is invalid, others remain in force.
Article 20 – Non-Waiver
Failure to enforce a clause does not waive future enforcement.
Article 21 – Titles
Clause titles do not affect interpretation.
Article 22 – Contract Language
These terms are written in French. In case of translation, the French version prevails.
Article 23 – Mediation
The buyer may use mediation or alternative dispute resolution methods.
Article 24 – Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will first seek amicable resolution.

Details the collection, use, sharing, security, and rights regarding personal data in compliance with GDPR.
