Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Packages are shipped within 48 hours after payment is received.
All our parcels are shipped from mainland France.
The standard shipping method is Colissimo Pickup Point delivery, handed over without signature or with signature upon your choice.
Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link allowing you to track the delivery of your parcel online.
Colissimo delivery times are on average between 3 and 7 business days.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postal charges.
If, at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn or opened, the buyer must check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, the buyer must refuse the parcel and note a reservation on the delivery slip (parcel refused because opened or damaged).
The buyer must indicate on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by their signature, any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared with the delivery note, damaged parcel, broken products...).
This verification is considered completed as soon as the buyer, or a person authorized by them, has signed the delivery note.
The buyer must then confirm these reservations by registered mail to the carrier no later than two working days following receipt of the item(s), and send a copy of this letter by fax or regular mail to the seller at the address indicated in the legal notice of the website.
RETURNS
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer benefits from a right of withdrawal which may be exercised within 14 days following the day of receipt of each ordered product.
The customer must indicate by email (contact.swordcollection@gmail.fr) or by mail the reason for the return and whether they wish to request an exchange, store credit or refund for the product. Without this information, store credit will automatically be issued and no claim will be accepted afterwards.
Return costs for products sent back under the customer’s right of withdrawal remain exclusively at the customer’s expense.
Returned products must never have been used or damaged and must be delivered in their original packaging, intact and suitable for resale. If one of the above conditions is not respected, Sword Collection reserves the right to refuse the parcel, exchange, store credit or refund.
If the customer returns a non-defective product because they changed their mind, the refund will only correspond to the price of the product. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Return conditions:
Check that ALL accessories, manuals, etc. originally included are inside the parcel with the item.
Prepare and protect the parcel carefully, as you received it.
DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING on the original packaging.
Include a letter with your full contact details, order number, reason for return and, where applicable, whether you would like an exchange, refund or store credit.

Once the parcel has been received and checked, we will do our best to satisfy you as quickly as possible. Any refund, store credit or exchange will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days.
In the event of an error in the delivery of an order, the customer is invited to return the ordered product(s) to Sword Collection by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, accompanied by proof of the shipping costs incurred. Verified shipping costs will be reimbursed by the company, which, unless the customer has expressed in writing their wish to cancel the order, will resend the order as soon as possible, provided that the returned products have been received by Sword Collection in full, in good condition and in their original packaging.
