Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment.
All our packages are shipped from METROPOLITAN FRANCE.
The standard shipping method is Colissimo Points de withdrawal, delivered without signature or against signature according to your choice.
Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Colissimo delivery times are 3 to 7 working days on average.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
RETURNS:
In accordance with Article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal which he can exercise within 14 days of the day of receipt of each product ordered.
The customer is required to indicate by email (contact.swordcollection@gmail.fr) or by mail the reason for the return and whether he wishes to proceed with an exchange, a credit note or a refund of the product. Without this information a credit will be automatically issued and no claim will be accepted thereafter.
The costs relating to the return of products under the customer's right of withdrawal remain his sole responsibility.
Returned products must never have been used or damaged, and must be delivered in their original packaging, intact and suitable for marketing. If any of the above conditions are not met, Sword Collection reserves the right to refuse the parcel, exchange, credit note or refund thereof.
In the event that the customer returns a non-defective product because he has changed his mind, the refund will only correspond to the price of the product, shipping costs will not be refundable.
Return conditions:
Check that ALL accessories, manuals etc. originals are in the package with the subject.
Prepare and carefully protect the package as you received it.
DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING on the original packaging.
Enclose a letter with your exact coordinates, the order number, the reason for your return and if applicable if you wish an exchange, a refund or a credit note.

Once the package has been received and verified, we will do our best to satisfy you as quickly as possible. Any refund, credit or exchange will be due within a maximum period of 14 days.
In the event of an error in the delivery of an order, the customer is invited to return the product (s) ordered to Sword Collection, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, accompanied by proof of the shipping costs incurred. The justified shipping costs will be reimbursed by the company, which, unless the customer has expressed in writing his desire to cancel the order, will reship the order as soon as possible, provided that the returned products have been received by Sword collection in their entirety, in good condition and in their original packaging.
