Article 1 – Organizer
The company Sword Collection, with a share capital of €500, registered with the Narbonne Trade and Companies Register under number 851 546 044, whose registered office is located at 12 résidence du Château d’eau, 11120 Saint-Marcel-sur-Aude, France, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”, is organizing a tombola entitled “New Year Tombola”, accessible on the website https://sword-collection.fr/fr/ .
Article 2 – Purpose of the Tombola
The purpose of this tombola is to allow users of the website https://sword-collection.fr/fr/ to participate in a paid draw giving them the possibility to win a product described in Article 6 of these rules, in return for the purchase of a participation ticket at the price of €1 including VAT.
Article 3 – Conditions of Participation
The tombola is open to any natural person of legal age, residing in the European Union (or in countries delivered by the Organizer), having internet access and a valid email address, with the exception of staff members of the Organizer and their family members living under the same roof.
Only one entry is allowed per natural person (same last name, first name, email address and postal address). Any incomplete, fraudulent or erroneous entry, or any entry that does not comply with these rules, may be cancelled by the Organizer. Participation fees (€1) are non-refundable.
Article 4 – Terms of Participation
Participation is exclusively online on the website https://sword-collection.fr/fr/ during the participation period.
To participate, the user must:
Go to the website https://sword-collection.fr/fr/ ;
Add the product “Tombola Ticket €1” (or equivalent) to the cart ;
Confirm the order and proceed to payment of €1 including VAT ;
Finalize the order by providing accurate and complete information.
The order number assigned upon confirmation of payment constitutes the participant’s ticket number. Only orders paid and recorded during the participation period will be taken into account. The Organizer reserves the right to carry out duplicate checks (email, postal address, means of payment, IP address) in order to enforce the limit of one ticket per person.
Article 5 – Participation Period
The tombola runs from 01/12/2025 at 00:00 to 31/12/2025 at 23:59 (Paris time). Any participation recorded before the start or after the end of this period will be considered null and void.
Article 6 – Prize
The tombola offers the chance to win a product with a value of €55 including VAT or less, delivery included.
The value of the product is determined at the time of drafting these rules and may not be contested or exchanged for its cash equivalent or for any other goods or services. The Organizer reserves the right, at any time, to substitute the product offered with one or more products of equivalent value, in the event of unavailability or circumstances beyond its control.
Article 7 – Draw
The draw will take place on 02/01/2026 at 14:00 under the supervision of the Organizer.
The draw will be carried out randomly from among all order numbers corresponding to valid tickets recorded during the period defined in Article 5. Only one winner will be drawn. The Organizer will keep evidence of the draw (timestamped export, screenshot or draw file).
Article 8 – Designation and Notification of the Winner
The winner will be informed by email at the address used when placing the order, within a maximum of 3 days following the draw.
The winner must reply to this message and confirm their full contact details within 5 days from the sending of the email. Failing a reply within this period, the winner will be deemed to have waived the prize, which may then be awarded to an alternate or put back into play, at the Organizer’s discretion.
Article 9 – Awarding of the Prize
The winner will receive by email a unique, personal and non-transferable promotional code, allowing them to order the product on the website https://sword-collection.fr/fr/ . To obtain the product, the winner must log in (or create an account), add the relevant product to their cart, then enter the code at checkout.
The code is valid for a single use, cannot be combined with other benefits, is limited to the product designated under these rules, and can be used until 14/01/2026. When placing the order, the winner may choose the available shipping method depending on their address, either home delivery or delivery to a pickup point. The delivery times and conditions applied are those indicated on the website at the time of the order. If the code is not used before its expiry date, the prize will be deemed refused by the winner, and no compensation of any kind will be due.
Article 10 – Liability
Participation in the tombola implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the internet. The Organizer cannot be held liable, including but not limited to, for network malfunctions, loss of data, connection problems or any attempted fraud.
The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the tombola in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, without any liability arising therefrom.
Article 11 – Personal Data (GDPR)
As part of the tombola, the Organizer collects and processes personal data relating to participants (last name, first name, email address, postal address, order information).
This data is necessary for the performance of the game (legal basis: performance of a contract): management of participation, draw, notification of the winner and sending of the prize. It is intended for the Organizer and, where applicable, its technical service providers.
Each participant has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Article 12 – Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the tombola implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. They can be consulted at any time on the website https://sword-collection.fr/fr at the following address: https://sword-collection.fr/fr/content/6-reglement-tombola .
Any breach of the rules by a participant may result in the cancellation of their participation and, where applicable, the return of the prize awarded.
Article 13 – Governing Law and Disputes
These rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these rules that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions more favorable to the consumer.
